Kidnapped Dominican diplomat released after 4 days in captivity.

In a tweet posted on his official Twitter page this morning, Dominican Foreign Affairs Minister Roberto Alvarez confirmed the release of Carlitin Guillen Tatis, an advisor to the Dominican embassy in Haiti.

He also stated that the diplomat was safe and sound after being held in captivity for 4 days.

Mr. Alvarez’s concluded his tweet by thanking all those who aided in the release of Mr. Carlitin Guillen Tatis.
