On September 11, 2023, Caribbean-based airline, Sunrise Airways, officially announced the launch of new routes connecting Port-au-Prince & Cap-Haitien, Haiti to Miami, FL.
Trips on the new Port-au-Prince to Miami route are scheduled to begin on September 15, 2023. Likewise, flight service on the new Cap-Haitien to Miami route is scheduled to begin on September 26, 2023.
The new international connections are an absolute game-changer for Sunrise Airways, as flights connecting these two destinations have traditionally been dominated by U.S. based airline carriers.
